This site's objective is to provide a simple and more effective alternative to job boards. The idea is that what is listed on companies' own sites is always more up to date and complete than what can be found on any given job site. Some employers don't advertise at all on external sites, most others only post a subset of their jobs externally.
We maintain a comprehensive list of employers in the capital markets and asset management industries. We also collect key information from those employer's sites, like the number of current openings, if there is a trainee program etc.. Lastly, we track some search firms who are known to be strong in this field. The result is a much more comprehensive and up to date view of current hiring activity.
We constantly update the site with new employers. We get this information from league tables (this is why all top 200 asset managers are listed here) and other public sources. If you know of one we missed, please let us know.
